A. OUTFIED STADIUM PADDED WALL SPECIFICATIONS: • The outfield wall is approximately 612 linear feet; the wall padding is approximately 4,896 square feet. Photographs of the outfield wall have been included in Exhibit A_Photographs. • Vendor shall replace wall padding in the same configuration as existing. • Remove all existing wall pads and lumber for disposal. • Furnish and install new Z-track for supporting the wall pads, as needed. • Furnish and install 4’x8’ wall pads from outside of the left field foul pole to outside of the right field foul pole, including the batter’s eye. Backing: Wall pad backing shall be 3/4” exterior grade plywood. Foam: • Three inch (3") thick polyurethane high impact foam shall be used. • Foam is securely glued to plywood backing using a synthetic resin base adhesive. Vinyl Covering: • Color shall be dark green free from design, texture and graphics. o The City shall approve vinyl covering prior to fabrication and installation. • 18oz/yd² fully coated vinyl with UV inhibitors and mold inhibitors. • Vinyl shall be wrapped around plywood and foam to fully cover front, back, and all edges. Installation: New wall pads to be mounted using Z-track.
