These units include systems at Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Neptune Beach Police, Atlantic Beach Police, Jacksonville Beach Police and University of North Florida Police; Continued yearly OEM preventative maintenance coverage of all systems, including internal battery coverage, battery replacement and recycling, parts and labor, annual and semiannual service, customer support and guaranteed 4-hour response time for emergency response. Vertiv is the sole OEM authorized service/support vendor supporting the 9-1-1 UPS units and associated technology. There are no other authorized providers who can maintain these systems.
