Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes: Taxiway M1 Widening provides the Jacksonville Aviation Authority with an adequately sized and serviceable taxiway to support the 125th Fighter Wing flying mission. The taxiway must be at least 75 feet wide with 10 feet wide asphalt shoulders and 40 feet wide unpaved shoulders. The taxiway connects the Alert Apron to the Runway and M2 Taxiway. The project also requires all drainage and site improvement including the repairs of existing taxiway joints and spalls, replacement and relocation of taxiways lighting and utilities, relocation of taxiway signage, relocation and reconfiguration of ramp security systems, and restriping of the project area
