Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of the demo and removal of the existing translucent sandwich panel system(s) at the roof and side of the moving walk enclosure including louvers in the hourly parking garage. This work includes removal of all existing hardware, brackets, mounting tracks, louvers, repair of steel as noted and painting as required for the preparation for and installation of a new translucent insulated sandwich panel system and louvers. New mechanical units and required electrical will be installed on a platform at either end of the roof structure and ducted to the end walls to provide air movement within the space. Existing lighting within the enclosure will be replaced with new LED lighting fixtures and new concrete floor coating system will be installed part of the project scope as well.
