10 October 2025 – This action is initiated to announce a site visit and to upload Appendix D, Performance Assessment.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to provide comprehensive Invasive Species Management Services across Florida and the South Atlantic Division (SAD). This non-personal services contract requires terrestrial and aquatic vegetation management, environmental restoration/protection, vegetation planting, and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping/aerial imagery services within the boundaries of the SAD of the USACE.
