Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Approximate 48x47 square foot intersection. 2. Preparation of site including asphalt crack repair and pavement coating work. 3. Management and coordination of all equipment rentals. 4. Provide and manage the Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and permitting for street closures during all phases of paint-coating application. 5. Coordination with the artist when taping off design as well as applying the painted design. 6. Execute street coating/painting application at San Marco Blvd. and Nira Street intersection site at approximately 48x47 square feet, using a durable Epoxy-based pavement coating or an Acrylic traffic-marking paint with skid-resistant properties and UV-stable pigments to minimize fading and wear due to heavy vehicular traffic. 7. Application of a sealant once the artwork has cured 8. Application of Thermoplastic Striping in skip lines in accordance with the City of Jacksonville's Department of Traffic Engineering’s directional street lines.
