Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Vendor Requirements A. Service Provider must have diverse peering to the Internet and must have at least two upstream providers for georedundancy. Service Provider’s network should be sized appropriately and have upstream connections capable of supporting the bandwidth(s) provided. C. Service Provider shall provide a Network Operations Center support, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. D. Service Provider shall guarantee at least 99.99% uptime, with documented discounts provided for outages. B. Routes Service must be capable of BGP peering to the County AS (Autonomous System). The Leon County BGP routers will accept the entire Internet BGP routing table.
