Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hillsborough County Information Technology Department requires a qualified internet service provider (ISP) to provide ongoing and as needed County-wide comprehensive broadband communication services. The bidder shall provide connectivity to primary and secondary County data center locations and remote locations. The network managed by the County supports connectivity for more than (150+) locations hosted at several different data centers across Hillsborough County. Mediums and transport protocols are Fiber Optic Cable and coaxial cable. All remote locations terminate back to several data center locations across the County E.g., Public Safety Operations Complex Data Center, County Center, Sabal Parks, and COLO Data Center. 1.1.5 The County estimated quantities of current usage are: 1.1.6 Metro Ethernet Fiber/EPLAN WAN Circuits: 30 1.1.7 Dedicated Internet Access Circuits: 10 1.1.8 Coaxial Circuits: 100; 1.4.6 The Contractor shall provide bandwidth 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. 1.4.7 The Contractor shall provide guarantee quality of service – minimum uptime 99.99% per month with maximum of four (4) hours response and resolution to problems, with documented discounts given for outages that exceed four (4) hours. 1.4.8 The Contractor shall allow for brief pre‐arranged outages during off‐hours for maintenance between the hours of 1:00 am and 6:00 am. 1.4.9 The Contractor shall provide web‐based bandwidth utilization reporting. 1.4.10 The Contractor shall provide web‐based access for account and circuit(s) management. 1.4.11 The Contractor shall provide enterprise level Contractor installed equipment at Hillsborough County data center locations at customer’s request and specifications. 1.4.12 The Contractor shall refresh Contractor installed equipment at remote locations and data centers based on manufacturer life cycle management recommendations. 1.4.13 The Contractorshall provide an enterprise level Contractor installed equipment at Hillsborough County data center locations at customer’s request and specifications.
