Services shall consist of placing insurance coverages and providing support services including but is not limited to, preparing submissions/specifications for underwriters, negotiating terms, conditions, and price, preparing renewal binders and invoices, reviewing policies and endorsements, and resolving coverage issues. The Contractor shall place coverage and provide support services for: 1. Property, including business interruption and extra expense. 2. Casualty Package including general liability, auto, errors and omissions, sexual harassment, crime etc. 3. Equipment Breakdown. 4. Excess Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability. 5. Pollution Liability. 6. Cyber Liability. 7. Aviation Liability 8. Professional Liability. 9. Flood: and Such other forms of coverage as may become applicable to a governmental selfinsured risk management program.
