Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source purchase with Team Industrial Services, Inc. for the provision of Team Industrial Services' InsertValves and training. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. Per correspondence from TEAM Industrial Services, dated January 7, 2026, TEAM Industrial Services is the sole source manufacturer and training authority of InsertValve. Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
