Florida Virtual School (FLVS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to deliver full-service software development for enhancements to existing applications and to develop new applications. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), including project management, business analysis, development, quality assurance, deployment, documentation, and post-launch support. Respondents must be able to fully manage and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications that meet FLVS’s business and technical requirements, align with industry’s best practices, and support future enhancements. FLVS seeks qualified proposers with the ability to develop independently a variety of IT development initiatives that will vary in duration and scope.
