Server & Infrastructure Management • Physical and virtual server management and maintenance • General administration for Hyper-V and VMWare hypervisors • Server updates, security patches, and performance monitoring • Management of AD and Entra ID Sync • Proactive health checks and monitoring • Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution for servers • Facilitate and monitor off site, encrypted air-gapped cloud backups of production data; Networking & Connectivity • Network infrastructure setup, management, and troubleshooting across multiple locations • Firewall and VPN management for secure remote access • Wireless network configuration, monitoring, and security • Onsite installation of all network equipment (i.e. Switches, Firewalls, Access Points) • Vendor manages ISPs and demarcation points for CenturyLink/Lumen, Comcast and Uniti services at existing location; Helpdesk & User Support • Remote helpdesk support available 24/7 to all users via Customer Portal/Phone/Email • Technical support for PCs/laptops/printers/scanners/peripherals • Onsite technical support as needed • Engineers available for escalated issues, including onsite support when needed • After-hours support to include manmade or natural disasters. • Provide help desk support, systems and software support to all the network users, as well as technical support for onsite work at the various locations including providing advice and guidance on everyday issues, virus protection, various program upgrades, etc...
