Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District intends to secure services from qualified vendors for Indoor Air Quality/Environmental Consulting, Asbestos/Lead Abatement, Microbial Remediation, Remodeling and Painting at approximately 106 facilities including schools and administrative sites. The District has a diverse array of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Environmental service requirements. Response Time Requirements: At the time each service request is initiated by the District’s Maintenance Service designee, the request will be designated as either an emergency service request or as a routine service request. 2.1.Emergency Service Requests: For emergency service requests, Contractor must respond, mobilize personnel and equipment, and be on‐site for any location in Lee County within one (1) hour from the time of initial request from the Maintenance’s Department designee. Contractor shall indicate the ability to respond within the specified time frame at the time of the initial request. Responses exceeding the one (1) hour will be considered a no‐show and not a cancellation and therefore will not be subject to cancellation or mobilization charges. 2.2.Routine Service Requests: For routine service requests, Contractor must respond, mobilize personnel and equipment, and be on‐site within two (2) hours from the time of initial request from the Maintenance’s Department designee. The Contractor shall not charge mobilization fees for routine service requests. Repeated failure to meet the response requirements stated above may result in contract termination.
