Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request For Quotes (RFQ) is to obtain the services of a vendor on the State Term Contract Number (#973-001-06-1, Management Consulting Services) to develop and provide a comprehensive package of implementation services to include: - Change Management Services. - Review of investigative and case management policies, procedures, and tools to ensure alignment with the Departments FSDMM. - Development of training curriculum based on the FSDMM which includes related practice and business processes. - Development and delivery of train-the-trainer and employee implementation training. - Provide FSDMM expertise to inform the Departments automated information system design document review. - Provide ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) consultation including associated management reports, analysis of data, and recommendations for improvements. - Conduct a reliability analysis on the FSDMM tools.
