Specifications include, but are not limited to: serve as implementation partners that will provide data migration, deployment, and implementation services for a new Workday enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) system College-wide. The College desires to implement Workday’s Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) ERP System with the integrated modules of Financial Management, Human Capital Management (“HCM”), and Student to address the College’s core data management requirements for students, human resources, workforce development, finance, integration issues, reporting, and other functional areas as an alternative to replace the College’s current ERP system, Ellucian’s Colleague. The purpose of this Request for Letters of Interest (“LOI”) is to gather information from interested firms that the College may invite to participate in further discussions, remote presentations, interviews, pricing proposals, best and final offers, contract negotiations, and any other steps that may be required as part of the solicitation, evaluation, and negotiation processes. The College intends to short-list up to three (3) firms that best meet the College’s requirements as stated herein.
