The Florida Department of Commerce (Commerce) issues this solicitation to obtain analysis and discovery, architect services, and implementation services of a modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution (the “Solution”) to facilitate Commerce’sIdentity and Access Management (IAM) processes for staff, partner, and otherwise privileged user accounts. This will improve visibility into identities and access privileges to implement the necessary controls to prevent inappropriate or risky access and automate processes to save time and allow employees to focus on vital areas. Additionally, the Solution should allow employees to work from anywhere and thus boost productivity and performance.
