Before the City of Fort Lauderdale awards a Sole Source/Sole Brand Contract for the purchase of Ice pigging services, this Request for Information (RFI) is intended to determine whether Ice pigging or equivalent service is currently available from multiple providers, and/or, if there is an approved equal service Prospective Vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodity as well as the contractual services described in the procurement specifications and provide a written explanation and/or other documentation contesting the proposed designation as a Sole Source/Sole Brand. Prospective Vendors will be considered only if they provide documentation demonstrating that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the specification requirements stated herein.
