The project consists of relocating the contents of approximately 15 private offices within the same facility, in accordance with the Specifications herein and Town-provided floor plans. The move will occur in two (2) separate phases, approximately two (2) weeks apart, with pricing to be submitted as a separate lump-sum cost for each phase. Contractor to provide adequate labor so that each phase should take one (1) day each. Pre-move services shall include building preparation, provision of moving boxes, and placarding services. The Contractor shall dispatch a crew to physically relocate all inventoried items from their origin to their destination within the same building address, provide placarding services, and install required building protection at origin and destination areas in accordance with facility requirements. The Town will perform all packing and unpacking, artwork hanging, patching and sanding, millwork relocation, and all electrical and IT disconnections and reconnections. Contractor shall acknowledge and include an estimated value of contents being moved for insurance purposes.
