4.1. Krome Marketplace Parking Lot Construction: The new parking lot is estimated to have a footprint of approximately 9,100 square feet. The scope of services associated with construction of this parking lot consist of: • Demolition, clearing and grubbing the existing site including the asphalt, concrete and chain link fence removal. • Identification of all utilities. • Installation of stormwater drainage system. • Installation of asphalt parking lot per design drawings including curbing, sidewalks, detectable warring surfaces, driveways, wheel stops, pavement marking and signage according to the design drawings. • Installation of lighting, service point and all related conduits. • Installation of landscaping and irrigation system.
