Specifications include, but are not limited to: PCLS is seeking proposals for the following two service requests. It is the desire of the Applicant to award all services to a single vendor. Offerors are encouraged to provide proposals for all service requests listed below. Service Request #1 - PCLS is seeking proposals for Dedicated Internet Access and Transport services to be delivered to the sites listed below. Offerors’ proposals must include all services listed below (both Dedicated Internet Access and Transport for all specified locations) – partial bids will not be considered. This service request provides internet access for staff use at PCLS branches. The Applicant prefers leased-lit fiber service however offerors may propose solutions for all modes of transport and all proposed solutions that meet the requested scope of service requirements will be evaluated. Dedicated Internet Access: Applicant is requesting proposals for Internet Access service to be delivered to the following location(s). Applicant requires a dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical bandwidth to the specified site(s) listed above. Service providers are requested to submit offers for incremental bandwidths from for 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps.
