Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maven’s Maximo Service Desk and Systems Administration services allow organizations to outsource common Maximo support and service desk activities. This support level includes: ● End user requests: Maven will be responsible for interacting either with your IT team or directly with end users to resolve Maximo-related requests, including technical, functional, and usability support. ● Server and infrastructure issues: Maven will be responsible for managing the Maximo application server and its connections to the underlying database and Active Directory authentication ● Interface and data feed management: Maven will monitor all interface and data feed touchpoints, resolving disruptions proactively where applicable
