Remove existing roofing materials and underlayment. Check for damage and/or rotted plywood/decking. Include as part of the bid a minimum of 2 (two) 4’x8’ plywood decking replacements for each building (to include all needed installation hardware, accessories, labor, and incidentals for installation). Any additional needed decking replacements (over and above the total of 2 X number of buildings) shall be at the unit price of $150.00 per sheet (as described above including installation). Install Synthetic underlayment or manufacturer designated material. Install new starter strips at eaves for stronger bond (as needed). Install new roofing materials that match in style, color, and material as closely to the original roof as possible. Install new lip, hip, and ridge cap as necessary. Replace all attic/ridge vents as needed. Install new plumbing pipe boots as needed.
