i. Hydroseeding at Boyd Park is necessary to promote grass growth in the currently bare and exposed areas. The park encompasses approximately 0.7 acres and is bisected by a central sidewalk, dividing it into northern and southern sections. ii. A DOT-style seed mix consisting of Bahia and Bermuda grass must be applied to both the northern and southern areas of the park. iii. Prior to hydroseeding, the northern section of the park will require additional preparation, including the removal of debris and roots through raking and grading to achieve a level surface. iv. Work shall be performed only Monday through Friday, between the hours of 07:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. v. Please note that Boyd Park is located at the intersection of Midnight ass Road and Higel Avenue, a high traffic area with no designated parking available.
