The work shall include: Surface preparation, including cleaning and any necessary repairs to ensure a smooth, paintable surface. Cleaning: Pressure wash (Basic Routine Pressure Washing Services) or manually clean the entire surface to remove all dirt, oil, efflorescence (salt deposits), loose paint, mildew, and other foreign contaminants. Allow the surface to dry thoroughly. Patching/Repair: Contractor must ensure any non-structural hairline cracks or imperfections that are 1/8" or less are filled with an exterior-grade, flexible acrylic sealant, feathered smooth. Moisture Check: The moisture content of the concrete must be at an acceptable level (typically below 13% for acrylic topcoats) before primer application. Application of primer coat and two top/finish coats of paint to entire surface area of the wall.
