Specifications include, but are not limited to: City of Sanford Community Relations & Neighborhood Engagement (CRANE) is seeking a State Certified General Contractor, State Certified Building Contractor, or a State Certified Residential Contractor to provide construction services for the CDBG housing rehabilitation and renovation program for homes located within the CDBG boundaries. The selected pool of contractors will then be invited to bid on specific projects as they become available. The projects shall be carried out in accordance with this solicitation and all other applicable rules and regulations. Homes in need of moderate, substantial and major rehabilitation/reconstruction are not eligible. In addition, the City has federal and state grants programs for which a Single Audit must be performed.
