Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Office of Sports & Entertainment respectfully requests the Procurement Division grant a single source award to various suppliers to provide Hotel and Lodging Accommodations obligated for events hosted and produced by the City of Jacksonville. The Office of Sports & Entertainment has researched the availability of services requested and the specific supplier selected are the sole operating entities of the properties requested for Hotel and Lodging Accomodations. Suppliers include but are not limited to: Hyatt Corporation dba Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, LR JAX LLC dba Jacksonville River City DOwntown, Lexdevcojax LLC dba Southbank Hotel Jacksonville Riverwalk. Each Hotel is the sole supplier for the required locations for hotel accommodations FY25 and FY26 City of Jacksonville hosted and produced events.
