The project site is approximately 0.53 acres and contains two buildings totaling 4,800 square feet, along with associated driveways and landscaping. Work under this project shall include: Complete demolition and removal of all existing structures, driveways, and landscape features. Disconnection and capping of all utilities at the property line. No utilities are active on the site at this time. Removal of all debris and unsuitable materials. Placement of compacted fill meeting the requirements specified in Section 4 – Acceptance Criteria. Final site grading to ensure positive drainage and a clean, level finish.
