Broward Health is requesting proposals for a software solution that aggregates, provides access to, and allows the comparison of a comprehensive database of Healthcare Price Transparency Data from Florida hospitals, payers, and providers. The Hospital Price Transparency rule enforces the mandate of Section 2718[e] of the Public Health Service Act by obligating every hospital in the United States to compile, regularly refresh, and disclose an annual list of standard rates for the goods and services they offer. Thus, Broward Health is looking to acquire a Pricing Comparison platform which will assist in conforming with the law compelling all hospitals to make their prices publicly available. Contractor shall offer technical and strategic support during implementation and throughout the partnership. Broward Health must have the ability to submit tickets, provide ongoing product feedback, and work one-on-one with a data strategist. A Customer Success Manager (CSM) needs to be assigned to facilitate ongoing relationship management and act as a single point of contact with Broward Health. In addition, an Implementation Manager will be needed to support the initial set-up of database and platform products.
