Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Procurement ("Procurement"), on behalf of BPMT, is seeking a firm with at least three (3) years' experience in the delivery, setup/breakdown, maintenance and storage of large outdoor artificial Christmas trees to provide all labor, materials, and supervision for the installation and removal of its Holiday Tree ("Tree") and accessories, on an annual basis. In addition to the annual installation and removal of the Tree, the Successful Bidder shall also be responsible to store the Tree and accessories in a safe, secure and air conditioned environment so as not to adversely affect the quality and beauty of the Tree due to the elements, and to ensure its longevity; and shall be responsible for any theft or decay of said Tree over the term of the contract.The Tree is a fifty foot (50') Rocky Mountain Pine Tree, consisting of a fifty foot (50') conical shaped/scaffolding style steel frame; 708 branches – double lit with C7 Incandescent lamps (7075 total) = 35,270 watts.
