Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified licensed vendor to provide installation, maintenance and removal of holiday lighting and decorations at the City Hall area located at 100 N. Main St. Wildwood, FL 34785 for the winter holiday season. The selected vendor will enter into an agreement with the City for the desired services (see Exhibit A). The term of the initial agreement shall be for the winter holiday season including but not limited to the months of October, November, December, and January. The selected company will use creative ideas and concepts to ensure cohesiveness in the holiday theme and design of all lights and decorations in all areas designated by the City in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
