Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of the of this RFQ is to procure the services of a Consultant tocomplete the following History & Culture Trail (Project) deliverables along Segment 3 of the Capital Cascades Trail:A finalized History & Culture Trail Master Plan, which will illustrate the entire Project concept including, but not limited, to the thematic sections of the Project, the specific placement of the interpretive kiosks along the Capital Cascades Trail, and the placement of the complementary public art installations.The design of the interpretive kiosk elements to include, but not limited to, the development of the written narrative(s), the development of content (photographs,renderings, maps recordings, etc. as applicable), and the graphic design and format of the kiosks. These kiosks should be complementary to existing historical installations.
