Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of service objectives include: - The City of Safety Harbor is soliciting for walking tour/performance services to the general public from the Safety Harbor Museum and Cultural Center (Historical Walking Tour Services). - The selected contractor (Contractor) shall enter into a contract with the City for the services described in this RFP. The term length is for one year. - The Historical Walking Tour Services shall include historical facts about the City, entertainment/performance for patrons, and a guided tour of Historic Areas. - The Contractor will operate on a fixed percentage of 70% of tour rates. The City will be responsible for all marketing, tour admission/payments and tour registrations. Tour minimum is 2 participants. Maximum number of participants to be negotiated. 2 - The Contractor shall provide Historical Walking Tour Services to the general public on weekend days (Saturday and Sunday), Friday evenings, and holidays. On-call services shall be substituted for on-site services during weekdays. Oncall services includes group tours with reservations. Changes in hours of operation must be approved, in writing, by the Director of Leisure Services.
