Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The President`s Cup National Concert Band Invitational is a premier concert band and wind ensemble event held each year in our Nation`s Capital. To make sure this a successful event, it is necessary that the event production is directly coordinated with the travel, permitting, staffing, scheduling, and booking of each participating group. Every organization and event component must be approved and cleared by the governing officials, the supervising authority for the President`s Cup, and the US Army Band. Forte Productions its affiliates have been designated as the official travel providers and are the only travel company approved and cleared by the Army Band for this event. All official participants and groups must book their overnight accommodation event package through the approved, sole-source, travel provider.
