Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quote Analysis – quote analysis to include potential cost savings based on a national database. This will include, but is not limited to, capital equipment purchases, lab reagent agreements, and service contracts. Capability to provide list of vendors who offer comparable technology/service or confirm Sole Source determination.; • Fair Market Valuation – quote analysis review to provide industry data (pricing) for used equipment valuation and recommendations for further discount negotiations.; • Market Intelligence Reports - comparative analysis of current market vendors, to include pricing, product clinical features/technology, service, market share percentages and user reviews. Vendor will provide clinical research documentation to support key initiatives, recommendations for optimal cost savings, as well as confirm sole source determination.; • Benchmarking – provide market pricing data to assist Broward health to determine best pricing/cost savings. Vendor will also provide product comparison data and national market share.; • Spend Analysis – review Broward Health spend by specific categories to identify additional savings, possible conversions, and standardization opportunities.; • Sourcing/Value Analysis – vendor will provide pricing data, cross references, and clinical equivalent products/ vendors to help mitigate backorder issues, drive standardization, and optimize savings.; • Product Testing: ability to conduct efficacy product testing - ISO Certification.; • Recalls- vendor will provide Broward Health FDA product recall notifications. Vendor will have the ability to interface with BH ERP system to identify products used by Broward Health to customize the recall notifications sent to Broward Health. Vendor to provide portal to review all FDA recalls
