Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Public Works Department/Facilities, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). The Public Works Department/Facilities is responsible for maintaining HVAC systems at various County buildings maintained by Facilities, such as government centers, courthouses, and the County Jail. Additionally, Facilities oversees HVAC work orders for other buildings that are utilized by departments such as Library Services, Fire Rescue, Parks & Recreation, Solid Waste, and Utility Services. Locations have various HVAC systems, consisting of different manufacturers, brands, and tonnage.
