3.1.1 Overview Furnish all necessary materials, equipment, and labor including any software and licensing required to upgrade the HVAC control systems in Memorial Hall #8, McLane Hall #5, Walker Hall #6, and Coleman Center #13. Selected Vendor or Vendors may be awarded the contract for one, multiple, or all of the buildings. Proposals for each building will be evaluated and awarded to the Vendor who provides the best value for that specific building. Note: Floor plans with locations of HVAC control systems to be provided at Mandatory Site Visit. 3.1.2 The Work 3.1.2.1 Installation of sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, occupancy, and air quality. 3.1.2.2 Deployment of controllers and actuators to manage HVAC operations based on sensor inputs and exhaust fans operation based on sensory output. 3.1.2.3 Integration of user interfaces, such as control panels or digital dashboards, for real-time system interaction. 3.1.2.4 Setup of communication networks to enable seamless data exchange across HVAC system components. 3.1.2.5 All work shall comply with applicable codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications. 3.1.2.6 System commissioning. 3.1.2.7 Training for facility staff.
