Specifications include, but are not limited to: HRS Services - R&D/QA Hours ; By law, the Clerk of the Circuit Court is the official recorder of all written legal documents, called instruments, that may be recorded in Duval County. These documents include such items as deeds, mortgages, liens, marriage licenses, and all other instruments required or authorized by Florida Law to be recorded. The current provided for the clerk’s office for recording documents is Harris Recording Solutions. This workorder is requested so Harris can migrate Acclaim services, files, and test connections to Clerk Servers, refresh database, stage and test prior to production. Acclaim licensing, software, and updates are only available through Harris Recording Solutions, Inc; Additional services to intall and updated a new server into the current Acclaim model. The initial module was procured through Bid # SP-0452-16 and was created as customizations for the Clerk’s Acclaim module. These customizations were created by Harris for the Clerk’s office through PO 5367 which was issued internally.
