Specifications include, but are not limited to:Specific Project Components will include: - Paving and drainage - Parking bumpers - Designated Motorcycles parking - Covered Bicycle Parking - NO ADA at new lots (these will be covered at existing main parking lots) - Landscaping - Irrigation - Exterior Lighting, - Decorative fence and gates - CCTV Cameras - Access Control devices at gating - Public Safety Booth - Blue Phones and wireless access points - Signage - Marquees to identify the college at the North corner of Lot 56 and another at the South corner of Lot 57 - The project design shall consider providing the college options, requirements and recommendations for an overpass connection over the BUSWAY from the new lots to the main campus. - Design must include development of Main entrance approach to Homestead Campus from the New Parking Improvement Area. - Lot areas not developed with parking will require site restoration, irrigation, landscaping, lighting, decorative fencing and signage.
