The purpose of this Intent to Negotiate (ITN) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide in-person high dosage tutoring services to elementary and middle school students within the school day. The District seeks to partner with reputable, responsible, and professional organizations capable of delivering inperson tutoring in math, science, and/or English Language Arts to enhance student academic achievement. The successful vendor(s) will demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively with children in an educational setting and possess the administrative capacity to manage tutor recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. There will be approximately 20 - 25 participating schools with two (1) to two (2) tutors assigned to each. The tutors will be expected to push-into the various math, science, and/or English Language Arts classes to provide highdosage tutoring to small groups or individual students, as directed by the teachers. The selected vendor will be expected to collaborate closely with the District’s Office of Academics and Transformation (OAT) to implement and manage tutoring services in accordance with the District’s goals and objectives. Tutors employed by the vendor must utilize the District’s curated curriculum, pacing guides, and instructional materials. Tutors will be expected to participate in all required District trainings and support to ensure fidelity to program implementation. The selected vendor will also work with OAT on the scheduling of the tutors into the participating public schools.
