Non-Profit Service Landscape Evaluation 1) Inventory and assess the range of services provided by local non-profit organizations. 2) Evaluate service gaps, overlaps, and areas of unmet need. 3) Conduct interviews, focus groups, and/or surveys with non-profit leaders, service recipients, and relevant stakeholders. C. Funding and Resource Mapping 1) Review current County funding streams for non-profits. 2) Assess the efficiency and equity of existing fund allocation mechanisms. 3) Identify alternative funding sources and opportunities. D. Needs Prioritization Framework 1) Develop a clear, evidence-based methodology for ranking service needs by urgency and impact. 2) Provide criteria for evaluating non-profit proposals and allocating future County funds. E. Policy and Strategic Recommendations 1) Recommend short- and long-term strategies for improving support to non-profit partners. 2) Suggest performance metrics to track outcomes and return on investment. F. Final Report 1) Prepare a comprehensive written report that includes findings, data analysis, community input, funding strategies, and actionable recommendations. 2) Present key findings and recommendations to County staff and/or designated advisory bodies if needed.
