Who is the incumbent contractor, and what was the annual contract value? Answer- The CO will answer this Question if they file a separate FOIA request not as a response to this Solicitation How will the repairs be taken care of, will we need to submit proposals for all sprinkler/fire alarm repairs? Answer, The repairs will either be made in-house or contracted out. Do you have a budgetary line item for the repairs? Answer- We are not required to provide this answer as the VA budget is confidential and not required for any Vendor to respond or provide a quote in response to the current solicitation. What do they mean by each fire alarm panel? The Main Panel is Siemens industries Desigo Fire Safety Module System. The system is monitored by Siemens monitoring company by the main panel which has a dialer card and 2 physical phone lines connected. Question- Good Morning David, I am following up with the RFI questions. I know there was a site visit the other day, so I am assuming that you still need to gather information and will be sending an amendment? Answer- The full Solicitation requesting Quotes and proposals and past performance information- 36C248-22Q=0447 has been posted on FBO-SAM site for two weeks and is scheduled to End tomorrow. If you are aware of the 2nd site visit that was held last week then you should read the entire full solicitation and all amendments to date and respond by the due time/date with all of the requested Documents listed on page 1 of the Solicitation if you are still interested in being considered for the Requirement.
