Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to be provided by the Awarded Respondent will include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Group Vision Plan for Authority employees, retirees, COBRA participants, and applicable dependents. B. Dedicated Account Manager for account support, enrollment, implementation, vision services provider relations and claims handling, support and assistance by telephone and online for the designated lines of coverage. C. A local or toll-free telephone call-in number for inquiries, as well as a secure online internet site. The telephone call-in number will provide access for hearing-impaired Members and access to retirees outside of the State of Florida. D. An internet-accessed, secure website for purposes of account information and management by Authority staff and Members. E. A billing and eligibility specialist dedicated to the Authority account who is responsible for billing the Authority and making adjustments to the eligibility status of Members. F. Timely and accurate claims processing. G. Direct coordination of the Group Vision Plan with the Authority Human Resources Department and/or the Benefits Consultant. H. Dedicated Personnel for account support throughout the Term of Award. I. Assistance to Authority staff with communication of the Group Vision Plan to Authority employees and retirees, including on-site assistance with enrollment meetings if requested by Authority, as well as representation at any Authority health and wellness fairs. J. Assistance to Authority staff in all online procedures. K. Provision of employee booklets and materials to Authority Benefits Manager to be distributed annually to all Authority employees and retirees, as well as additional booklets and materials for new hires during the Term of Award, at no cost. L. Stable, contractual relationships with vision services providers in the Tampa Bay Area. M. Inform Authority of existing laws and regulations and all new laws and regulations applicable to vision insurance. N. Maintain a representative in the Tampa Bay Area for the Term of Award that will be the Benefit's Manager's primary point of contact. O. Prepare reports to include, but not be limited to, monthly experience reports for Authority staff and the Benefits Consultant as applicable. P. Assist with the successful integration of Respondent’s technology system or feed with Authority’s ERP solution during the Term of Award, including but not limited to, meetings to document interface requirements, testing, training and project planning involvement. Q. Provide as-needed assistance if the Authority transitions from a fully-insured plan to a self-insured Group Vision Plan.
