Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to provide the services as requested. The Contractor shall pay all related disposal fees to complete the work activities specified. The Contractor shall be responsible for mowing, string trimming, edging, litter removal, landscape maintenance, tree pruning, palm tree maintenance, mulching, pesticide, herbicide spraying, fence line trimming, and irrigation maintenance. The Contractor shall also be responsible for providing reports and supporting documentation for services performed. A. GENERAL A. The Contractor shall possess commercial grounds maintenance equipment capable of performing the services as specified, as solely determined by the City. B. The general boundary of the grassed areas to be mowed and from which litter and debris is to be removed include all right-of-way markers, fences, walls or utility poles along most roadsides extending one foot into the roadway from the curb, within City limits, and as delineated on maps herein. C. Any damage caused by the Contractor, including but not limited to trunk damage to trees or bushes, gouges or cuts in signposts, irrigation systems and damage to the integrity of ditch or bridge banks during the Contractors performance of the Work, is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
