To provide minor renovations: Painting, Flooring, Card Access and Millwork per the project requirements provided below and specifications shown in Exhibits “1” – “4”: a. 11th floor - Remove and properly dispose of existing carpet and cove base as indicated in Exhibit “1” and discussed at the pre-bid walk-through meeting. b. 11th floor - Install new carpet and vinyl cove base as indicated in Exhibit “1” and discussed at the pre-bid walk-through meeting. Use Manufacturer: Patcraft, Size: 9” x 36” planks, Pattern: ColorSync, Color: Baja 00450, or Palm Beach County (PBC) approved equal. Install method: Ashlar as a basis of design. c. 11th Floor – Patch as needed, prepare, and paint all walls within the carpet replacement areas. Paint all areas selected for new flooring and all public areas including the elevator lobby and restroom vestibule. Apply a knock-down finish throughout as indicated in Exhibit “1” and discussed at the pre-bid walk-through meeting. Use Shermin Williams Promar zero volatile organic compound (VOC) paint or approved equivalent, one (1) prime and two (2) finish coats. Refer to Exhibits “1” and “3” for locations requiring an accent wall color. Accent color to be determined (TBD). d. 12th Floor Rest Room - Paint walls and apply knock-down finish over existing wallpaper in the specified restrooms and provide and install a new 30” x 36” mirror adjacent to handicap (H.C), unit toilet above PBC provided vanity, as shown on Exhibit “2” and discussed at pre-bid walk-through meeting. Use Shermin Williams Promar zero VOC paint or approved equivalent, one (1) prime and two (2) finish coats. Mirror to match existing restroom mirrors.
