Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Respondent awarded this Quote (Awarded Respondent) will provide the required gift card issuances during the term of the awarded Quote. A. The Authority provides gift cards with the intent of recognizing Authority employees and concessionaire employees on an as-needed basis. B. The gift cards are branded with the Visa or MasterCard logo and will be pre-activated and ready to issue upon delivery to the Authority, regardless of quantity. C. The Awarded Respondent will have the ability to customize gift cards with the logo provided by the Authority. D. The Awarded Respondent will provide same-day response to requests and confirmation of receipt of payment. E. The Awarded Respondent will provide a packing slip with each order detailing the sequence number, gift card account number, and gift card amount. F. Delivery will be made within 3 to 5 calendar days after receipt of payment. G. The gift cards received must be valid for a minimum of 24 months. H. The Authority reserves the right to order various quantities and various amounts of gift cards on an as-needed basis. I. The Awarded Respondent will accept purchasing card payments from multiple Authority staff without additional documentation. J. The Awarded Respondent will allow multiple logins and multiple credit card information for Authority employees.
