Specifications include, but are not limited to: PSTA is seeking training providers for a variety of topics related to professional development, including leadership, management/supervision, computer skills, safety, compliance, and customer service. Training services may include PSTA staff attending a session which is also open to the public, workshops customized for PSTA and delivered on-site at our facility or location of our choosing, keynote speakers and workshop facilitators, executive/managerial coaching, webinars, virtual training, and e-learning solutions. Specifically, the Proposer(s) shall: • Consult with PSTA staff to select appropriate material to be delivered, and customize if necessary • Provide instructional content, either at PSTA’s location or location of our choosing, at the vendor’s selected location, videos on demand, or online, as agreed • Provide resources for students to take with them, reinforcing class curriculum (e.g., handouts, workbook, slide deck, etc.) • Conduct a wrap-up session with PSTA staff following class delivery to discuss the session and recommend follow up actions, if requested by PSTA
