Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide expertise in the fields of planning, economics, development, land use, urban design, real estate and similar fields. 2. Work with staff to resolve planning issues. 3. Review and comment on land development regulations, zoning, development orders, and comprehensive plan policies and implications. 4. Conduct workshops as needed on related issues with elected and appointed officials, staff, the development community and members of the public. 5. Review of development plans (subdivision, site plans, capital projects, etc.). 6. Attend Development Review, Advisory Board, City Commission or Community Redevelopment Agency Meetings, as needed. 7. Mapping capabilities 8. Inter-agency coordination as needed. 9. Writing, preparation, and packaging of reports, memos, financial analysis and other related deliverables as requested. 10. Working effectively with City Directors and Staff Based on City needs, the location of the project management team will be evaluated along with other outlined requirements.
