Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Engage the Public a) Produce aesthetically pleasing and innovative multimedia materials for various outreach activities, including but not limited to video production, print publications, graphical designs, digital messaging, web imagery enhancements, photography, etc. Provide recommended distribution options of multimedia materials and budgets. b) Conduct in person and virtual public outreach to educate and collect public input for transportation planning efforts via in-person or virtual town hall meetings, workshops, focus groups, surveys, and stakeholder interviews. c) Develop products and strategies to enhance ADA compliance for the TPA and its funding recipients. d) Develop multimedia Spanish/bilingual outreach products. e) Research regulations and prepare draft updates for public engagement and nondiscrimination documents. 2. Plan the System a) Conduct multimodal plans and corridor studies related to mobility, safety, Complete Streets, enhanced transit service, pedestrian and bicycle access. Perform transit supportive land use analysis and health impact assessments. b) Provide engineering-level traffic, speed, and safety studies, including supporting materials and analysis for FDOT lane elimination applications, speed reductions, and crash modification factors. c) Support development of and conduct transportation counts and analysis of transportation demand modeling, including pedestrian, bicycle, transit, microtransit, freight, and vehicles. d) Design aesthetic renderings of transportation projects and scenarios. e) Support custom online products to interactively display transportation projects, scenarios, and analysis.
