The City of Zephyrhills is seeking to hiring a minimum of three (3) contractors for miscellaneous construction and/or repairs and a minimum three (3) Construction Manager at Risk: • Underground Utility contractors • General contractors • Fencing contractors • Roofing contractors • Specialty contractors (Electricians, Plumbing, HVAC) Contractors are to be licensed in the State of Florida; provide complete contracting services and emergency repair services for the City of Zephyrhills. Services shall include but are not limited to: • Construction supervision and administration • New and Repair construction of: o T-Hangars o Roll Doors o Roofs o Fencing o Landscaping Improvements o Tree Program Updates o Storage Buildings, FBO o Historical/CRA Preservation Renovations o PEMB and CMU Construction o Storm Water Facility Construction
