The Port Authority is requesting RFQs from interested firms to provide General Architectural and Engineering Services in conjunction with the operation, maintenance and development of RSW and Page Field in Lee County, Florida. The Architect/Engineer will serve as an extension of staff for a variety of small, medium, and large architectural, engineering, and miscellaneous projects/tasks. A wide variety of services are anticipated to be performed under this contract. The services provided under this contract will be pursuant to Section 287 Florida Statutes, as amended, and, therefore, will be limited to projects and tasks that do not exceed the statutory limits for projects where construction costs do not exceed $7.5 million or for study activities when the fee does not exceed $500,000. Professional services for Projects that exceed either statutory threshold will be obtained by separate competitive solicitation and award.
